   Lynn Seeburger has been in the real estate business since 1990 working for Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors in Malvern, Pennsylvania.  She studied Marketing at Penn State University which has served her well in positioning her clients properties in a competitive market.  Lynn has received numerous awards such as Chairman's Circle, President's Circle, Leading Edge Society, and the Sales Achievement Award just to name a few.  She is a Top Producer for Prudential Fox & Roach with a National Ranking. Lynn works very hard for her clients and is well versed in what a customer can expect when buying or selling a home. In addition to her work, Lynn owns a horse and enjoys time spent riding, showing, and attending  the Devon Horse Show .  Lynn's interest in horses extends to her business through expertise in the purchase and sale of Horse Farms in the surrounding communities .  In an effort to best represent her clients Lynn has continued to pursue and obtain her professional designations such as ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), and CSP (Certified New Home Specialist).  Lynn is active in the community and is part of the Wayne Woods Garden Club, U.S. Drassage Federation, Upper Main Line YMCA and is a Girl Scout Assistant Troop Leader. Lynn spends her down time with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.  She and her family enjoy the beach and sailing in Bay Head, New Jersey.

   Peggy Sukonik has just joined the Seeburger Team.  Peggy's husband is the owner of the Sukonik Building Companies (www.sukonikhomes.com) in Plymouth Meeting which has been a family business for over 40 years.  She received her Bachelors from the University of Scranton and M.Ed. from Rosemont College. She has also done course work towards an MBA. Peggy has been around real estate for a long time and since joining the Seeburger Team has received the President's Circle Award from Prudential Fox & Roach.  She is working towards her professional designations and attending workshops to be as knowledgable as possible and best serve her clients. Peggy is on the board of Radnor ABC House and is active in the Interfaith Hospitality Network and is active at the local schools. In her down time Peggy spends time with her 2 dogs, 3 sons and her husband playing golf, biking, or attending the many sports activities of the boys.
